Last-Minute Requests: Services added on-site (Windows, Baseboards, etc.) are billed at our Premium Rate with a 15–20% increase due to the immediate resource allocation required. ​Add-On Refunds: While Deposits are strictly non-refundable, any pre-paid Add-On fees will be refunded in the event of a Lockout or Cancellation. ​Processing: Add-on refunds are issued within 3–5 business days (final timing depends on your financial institution).
