Access & Policy: Home Access: If you will not be present, please provide clear entry instructions (such as a key code, lockbox, or gate code) prior to your appointment so our team can access your home and laundry area. Entry & Lockout Policy: To ensure a smooth visit and avoid a lockout, please ensure entry details are confirmed before our arrival. If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, your deposit will be forfeited as a lockout fee. Machine Requirements: We specialize in professional in-home laundry care using your private, residential washer and dryer units. We do not provide equipment and cannot service communal or shared laundry facilities.

To ensure we make the most of your booked time, please have your laundry sorted and ready to go near your washer/dryer area if possible. Our 'fold' service includes neatly folding all machine-dried garments, linens, and towels to your satisfaction. Please note that our service does not include ironing, steaming, or specialized dry-cleaning treatments. We are here to get your laundry washed, dried, and perfectly folded so you can enjoy your clean clothes without the hassle
