What's your Animals and Exotic Pet Policy? We are highly experienced in high-end estates with pets. For the safety of our specialists and your animals, we require that all pets be secured or supervised during the 'Elite Reset' process. We reserve the right to decline service if an unsecured animal poses a safety risk. A Pet Fee of $45.00 per household applies.

Yes, we specialize in professional in-home laundry care, which requires our team to have access to your private, residential washer and dryer units. We do not provide equipment and are unable to service communal or shared laundry facilities. We ask that a resident be present to provide entry to the home and access to your laundry area so our team can provide the best possible service. If you have any questions about equipment compatibility or home access, please feel free to reach out before your scheduled appointment!

To ensure we make the most of your booked time, please have your laundry sorted and ready to go near your washer/dryer area if possible. Our 'fold' service includes neatly folding all machine-dried garments, linens, and towels to your satisfaction. Please note that our service does not include ironing, steaming, or specialized dry-cleaning treatments. We are here to get your laundry washed, dried, and perfectly folded so you can enjoy your clean clothes without the hassle
